I have over 7 years of experience working with individuals of all ages and families. I enjoy helping clients through their crisis while providing the resources they need to continue on. I have helped individuals through many issues including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, ADHD, Domestic Violence and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches and incorporate many different techniques such as CBT and DBT to address ongoing difficulties. My goal is to help you regain balance and rebuild confidence.
