I support women with singleness, work-life balance, and motherhood, and help men address generational trauma and masculinity. I assist young adults and teens with anxiety, transitions, and gambling addiction, and help couples and families restore trust and safety.
As a Sports & Performance Therapist, I understand the pressures athletes face, both professional & student. I help athletes overcome obstacles like anger, stress, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, & gambling issues. I support them through injury recovery, sports transitions, & managing relationships. My goal is to help athletes thrive in all areas of life.
