I believe as humans we must support each other on our life journey. I enjoy helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their thought patterns and emotions, relationships, and navigate and make sense of their world. I believe that clarifying what is important to each individual, their needs, and their goals, helps provide direction and purpose in life. I often help clients explore how past experiences, family dynamics, addiction, and personality affect how we relate and function in this world. I offer individual, couples, and family sessions.
I have worked in the mental health and addiction field since 2004 and have had positive results in helping others during that time. I have extensive training in Family Systems Theory, CBT, and DBT. I also use Reality Therapy, Trauma informed care, and Mindfulness Based Treatment. Individual, family, and couples sessions, in person or telehealth.
I believe the highest we can do as humans is be fully present with one another. I am here to support you on your journey and help you gain a greater understanding of yourself, others, and the world around you, to have the life you want! I will use an intuitive yet practical approach to support you in moving through difficulties and challenges
