Over the past 33 years I have learned that talk therapy is rarely enough. I thus offer evidence-based therapies and alternative therapies including: EMDR Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), CBT, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Body-Centered therapy, and Contemplative and Mindfulness Practices such as Loving Kindness Meditation and Lojong.
