Hello, I am a Depth Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California providing psychotherapy, clinical supervision and consultation. I have experience supporting adults, children and families to work through strong and overwhelming emotions and events. I utilize my education of Analytic Psychology, Attachment theory, Imaginal/Archetypal studies and Somatic inquiry to create a safe environment to explore emotions, seek understanding and identify practical tools for healing and creating a life of meaning, connection and joy.
Along with practical tools for working through current and past situations, we will utilize the imagination and emotional body to gain a deeper sense of the Self. The imagination is seated in the heart and I encourage one to use this inner guiding tool to expand awareness and build compassion as we navigate through life.
