I believe that recovery is a process which requires active, continuous involvement from the client, the therapist, and the entire treatment team. According to this belief, the four stages of recovery are hope, empowerment, self-responsibility, and establishing a meaningful role in life. The individual most responsible for a successful treatment outcome is you (the client). I specialize in a broad spectrum of mental health challenges that include anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorders as well as substance use therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families in individual and group settings. I utilize several modalities including somatic/body work, DBT, CBT, MI and other solution focused approaches.
My approach is client centered and focuses on equipping and empowering you to embrace and live a life that you desire. I am also passionate about providing clinical supervision to therapists pursuing LPC or MFT licensure in Oregon. I provide clinical consultation and private practice/group practice consultation to licensed therapists both in-person/remote.
