I hope to make this an easy process for you by offering a safe and non-judgmental space to be vulnerable in while we attend to your mental health needs. I provide mental health services to address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, ADHD, OCD, and substance use. We can work to resolve any personal issues you may be having within yourself or with your relationships with family, friends, or coworkers. I also offer life-coaching where we can work to change any outdated narratives that may be holding you back from living the life of your dreams.
I offer many different healing modalities such as talk therapy, meditation, movement, DBT, and BST (Brainspotting) to address any current struggles you may be havin or to address past trauma. Or if you struggle with an addiction, we can work on finding you new coping skills to replace any habits that may be holding you back from living the life you want.
