I am accepting new clients. Is your past trauma holding you back from living the life you want? I am a trauma-informed therapist who can work with you on lessening your trauma symptoms. I work with individuals and families (ages thirteen and up). Are you feeling on edge and tense often? Are you not sleeping well? Sometimes, people with trauma feel "numb" with their emotions. I can work with you to strengthen your coping skills. I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental treatment. I will provide the support to help you work on these traumas that have occurred in your life. I am a trained therapist in EMDR trauma therapy, Parts and Memory, and Internal Family Systems Theory. These modalities can be highly effective for processing trauma and memories that cause you distress.
