I specialize in all types of complex/acute trauma, dissociative disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues, parenting issues, addiction, and life adjustments. Techniques in therapy are tailored to a clients' specific needs and goals. EMDR, tuning into mind-body approaches using mindfulness are useful tools incorporated where appropriate.
