Now accepting new clients! I know the idea of therapy can often be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to experience the compassionate and judgement free care that can be provided while working to grow in life and interpersonal relationships. I specialize in working with clients to process trauma, grief, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and faith transitions.
While I specialize in trauma modalities, I also have a passion for working with clients who are deconstructing from their faith as well as clients wanting to become more empowered in who they want to be. This is often learning how to shed people-pleasing tendencies, set healthier boundaries, and explore how to be your authentic self.
