Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Christian Counseling, I utilize a variety of creative and traditional techniques to integrate physical, emotional, and spiritual health for optimum living. I've practiced CBT since 2009, working in private practice and hospitals. My goal is to equip you with tools for your long-term road to success.
