Humans are complex beings and from time to time we need help navigating distressing feelings, life transitions, and difficult relationships. We often get stuck in life and have trouble freeing ourselves from what holds us back. The things that hold us back can be in relationship with others, or our own emotions, thoughts, and responses. When we are stuck, we feel disconnected, dysregulated, and a little lost because the strategies we have used before are not working for us now. We want to feel connected and bonded to those that mean the most to us and feel like we are in control of our thoughts and emotions.
I walked through a failing marriage and my own struggles with depression and anxiety. As I healed, I found a passion for helping others going through similar life struggles. I focus on healing and strengthening bonds in couples, and helping individuals work through difficult times in their lives.
It is not an easy thing to ask for help. Often, I find we will wait until we are near desperation before reaching out. I've been there and I know how important it is to create a safe environment to process these difficult things. Whatever your circumstance, I will approach it in a non-judgmental way to bring healing in a way that works for you.
