My practice is designed to offer Life Coaching to clients of all ethnic backgrounds for the purpose of lifting, building, stimulating growth and progressive motion toward emotional well-being and personal actualization.
I offer techniques to help move clients beyond the stuck places where we, sometimes, find ourselves. Moving beyond those places of stuckness typifies my work as a life coach. Holding and tending to the space facilitates positive movement.
I specialize in chemical dependency counseling, dual diagnosis therapy, treating schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder and anger management. I work in a collaborative manner create positive change within the life and being of the people whom I support and serve.

Groups
Anger Management Master Class
I facilitate Anger Management groups to encourage growth, healing and wellness with regard to anger symptoms relating to trauma, substance abuse, anxiety and depression. This group meets once per week for 1.5 hours for a total of 12 sessions (for a certificate of completion).
