With over 10 years of experience, I have focused on treating various issues including addictions, particularly pornography, and attachment issues in teenagers. I believe in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to confront these problems, as well as employing the Gottman approach for couples counseling.
I trained at Boston's Linehan Institute, McLean Hospital, discovering my passion for mental health. My focus lies in various therapy types, helping people see how their harmful perceptions can impact their life challenges.
