I provide existential analysis and dream analysis to people looking to find their authenticity in life. When we feel lost it can help to slow down, turn inward, and go to a place where we can find our path again. Therapy helps people by providing a grounding relationship to work through challenges in life. Finding a therapist who is a good fit is the first step toward finding what makes you unique and whole in your life.
I endorse several approaches to healing: from traditional talk therapy to the "depth" tradition of analysis. We may work on some specific skill development or we may work on gaining a deeper and clearer understanding of what motivates, inspires, and moves you in your everyday life (and what may be getting in the way). We decide together how to go forward.
Through therapy, I facilitate the process that guides you toward living a more purposeful, fulfilling, and authentic life. We all face moments of feeling disconnected, frustrated, or afraid. I help you learn how to listen to your own inner wisdom, strengthen your connections to your values, and face the obstacles that prevent you from growing.
