I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients with anxiety, anger, trauma, depression, grief, and change of life issues. Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidenced based therapy which is useful for adolescents who have experienced trauma.
