We don’t always realize how much old emotional wounds are still causing us pain.
My primary area of expertise is anxiety disorders, ranging from generalized anxiety to PTSD. I also work extensively with addiction; I am always honored to be asked to take part in the journey of recovery. I have experience with several treatment modalities and approaches, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I work with individuals and couples.
