I take an eclectic approach and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Reality Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psycho-education to individuals age 5 and up. My theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change.
I have worked as a therapist in a integrative group home setting, intensive home based therapy, MST Supervisor, Trained PCIT therapist, Managed Care for Behavioral Health of Louisiana, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Program Experience with clients, Trained. I am effective at managing age ranges from age 2-85yr olds.
I believe in practicing counseling by taking a Values Neutral approach. I believe that I can be most effective by meeting clients where they are- without being judgmental.

Parenting Empowerment Parenting Empowerment….is a series of groups for parents on the move. The courses demonstrate effective techniques and tips on dealing with the demands of parenting. By attending such groups, parents will become more knowledgeable about appropriate parenting techniques and gain confidence in their parenting decisions.
