Chris received his Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. He is an experienced psychotherapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His approach to therapy is client-centered and integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, Bowen family systems therapy, CBT, and mindfulness skills as appropriate, uniquely tailored to each client. He believes that each person is capable of tapping into their strengths to live a life they find meaningful.
Chris offers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy. His practice focuses on treatment of anxiety and interpersonal relationships of all types with a sub specialty in performance anxiety. He also has a strong background in the performing arts which lends a unique perspective to his practice.
