We have a deep longing in ourselves to be seen and known, while also reciprocating such things for those whom we love. Woundedness, in my perspective, stems from a breakdown in these areas of yearning. When we can order these things properly, we avail ourselves to flourishing.
As your therapist, I can offer faith-based therapy rooted in the Catholic-Christian faith, utilizing a meta-model titled the "Catholic-Christian Meta-Model of the Human Person". Moreover, I am EMDR II certified and can work with complex trauma in this format of treatment.
I believe man was made in and for relationship and that my role as a therapist is one of companionship. The word is beautiful in its etymology, which roughly translates to "bread fellow" in Latin. My role in your life is one who shares bread along your sojourn. My hope is to walk with you and learn what it means to suffer well together.
