I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families, addressing the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges on the individual, family, and their behaviors.

This experience, combined with my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, has shown me the importance of working collaboratively with individuals, families, and community resources to create a complete picture of the client’s needs.

My goal for every person and family I work with is for both the individual and family dynamic to improve their ability to enhance communication, access coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of connection to themselves and others. This promotes healing and helps them become more self-reliant.
