I'm the guy in your corner. Need to vent, let it out, want to brainstorm solutions, let's make it rain! I'm here for you and with that comes accountability, humor, and a lot of affirmation. I primarily counsel through REBT or Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. I push for people to set realistic expectations for themselves and the people they allow in their lives. I've worked with adults and kids through trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and marriage issues, job changes, and life transitions. I offer affordable cash rates starting at $1 a minute for individual sessions (ages 18 and up), mental health should be accessible and I want to ensure that people who want help don't have to go into debt to get it. Whatever it is you are facing, we can face it together. I'm in your corner.
