Disturbing The Peace

An anger management group that satisfies conditions for most court-orders. ‘Disturbing The Peace’ is facilitated by a licensed professional counselor and certified anger management specialist. The facilitator uses the Choice-Based Anger Control model for this group. ASAM Level I class meeting for 1.5 hours weekly. Choice-based Anger Control is designed to empower you to take control of your life by increasing awareness of your angry response options. This anger group will discuss the anger cycle, address conflict resolution + managing anger in relationships, develop assertive communication skills, identify effective calming techniques and create an anger control plan.
