Being open to exploring yourself and experimenting with new ways of approaching your problems and your world are essential to progress.
I offer a person-centered, evidence-based, eclectic approach. What that means is that I respect my clients as the experts on themselves, believe that the human connection is one of the most important parts of successful counseling, and that it is my responsibility to keep up with research in our field to best meet your needs, no matter the approach.
Life can be hard, no matter what advantages or disadvantages you may or may not have.
