I am a certified Jungian Analyst in mid-town Manhattan doing psychodynamic psychotherapy and Jungian analysis. I work at a deep level with individuals who want to break out of unhealthy and unhelpful patterns affecting their lives, relationships, and work in order to awaken unrealized vitality, potential, and creativity. What distinguishes Jungian Analysis from other psychoanalytic approaches to therapy is the attention given to the unconscious as a source of wisdom, vitality and creativity, which can awaken a deeper and more powerful sense of self.
In our sessions, we’ll engage face-to-face, attuning to the deeper narratives of your life to understand how patterns of behavior may be limiting or destructive. We’ll attend to your dreams, and work directly with images, symbols, and the imagination, to enter into a relationship with a larger sense of yourself and the world.
Before becoming a psychoanalyst, I was an advertising executive. I understand first-hand the stresses and strains of the working world. I completed my graduate studies at Columbia University and clinical training at the C.G. Jung Institute of New York.
