In our first session together, we will review why you have come to therapy and get started on the identification of the issues we can collaborate on together.
I treat depression, fear, and anxiety. These emotions can linger after personal setbacks, medical issues, and traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing. I also specialize in helping people with substance use disorders uncover why they turn to substances as the solution to their problems.
