Does anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, or addiction cause daily life to be challenging and even overwhelming at times? My desire is to work with you to help you further grow, heal, and find peace and connection within yourself and within your relationships.
My primary education has been working with couples and families. I help couples/families overcome relationship patterns to establish healthier dynamics. I also work with individuals for a variety of issues. I have specialized training to treat trauma/PTSD which includes EMDR. I also work with people who have anxiety. I also have experience with addiction.
I understand that seeking help can be difficult and may create anxiety for a number of reasons. My desire is to help you feel comfortable and supported through this process so that you can find the healing and freedom that you desire.
