My clinical approach has developed over the past 5 years from techniques associated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems concepts, and Person-Centered principles. I'm a firm believer in learning from our errors, intrinsic human dignity and worth, and that we are our most productive when we work together.
