I work with individuals, couples, and families in the Mequon/Milwaukee area. However, I can meet with anyone who lives in Wisconsin via teletherapy. I also have an active LCSW license in IL and TX as well. I specialize in working with children as young as 9, teenagers, and young adults struggling with anxiety symptoms, self-confidence, or relationship/peer concerns. I also work with adults of all ages who seek guidance with personal growth. My approach is non-judgmental, client-centered, and strength-based to create a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers the client to make positive changes and promotes self-awareness and insight. I am passionate about assisting individuals with discovering their inner strengths and workin collaboratively to address presenting concerns.
We all have struggles and are facing numerous challenges and sometimes, we just want to be heard and validated. Therapy provides that safe space to truly be heard and supported without judgment.
