Navigating conflict and emotional response is a crucial part of the human experience. My areas of clinical focus are oppositional defiance and conduct disorders, cluster B personalities, and sex therapy with a trauma informed approach. With a history in sex education I am also kink, sex work, and CNM informed.
I utilize a collaborative model for treatment planning and goal setting. The significance of intersectionality takes priority in my space, as well as the opportunity to provide my clients with a judgement-free environment for a variety of lifestyles and identities. I predominantly practice EMDR, IFS, ACT, and DBT treatment interventions.
