I have 11 years of experience providing individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological evaluations to children, teens and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, ADHD and Depression. I value mindfulness techniques and am knowledgeable of a variety of therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal and Family Systems and Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT).
Therapy sessions are focused on understanding difficult emotions, becoming comfortable with feeling them and learning to express them in a way that strengthens relationships and increases self-esteem. My top priority is building a solid rapport with my clients to ensure the therapeutic process is comfortable throughout.
