I help women return home to themselves after years of over-giving, people-pleasing, living overwhelmed and carrying the burdens of childhood & relational trauma. It is possible to feel lighter, freer and to live from a place of worthiness, balance and ease. I believe this for you! In my practice, I also support people living with chronic illness to regain hope and empowerment, alongside helping grieving individuals find solace, comfort and strength as they navigate life after loss. Together, we approach inner struggles and obstacles using practical tools, customized strategies, compassion and grace.
My healing philosophy rests on treating the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I draw from experiential techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sand Tray, Art and more. I strive to equip you with tools to help you thrive throughout your life.
