I’m a trauma-informed, EMDR trained professional and would love to help harness the motivation you already have to help you continue your unique journey in life. I specialize in working with Children, Teens, and Adults (ages 6 and up). I’m honored to work with individuals struggling to overcome traumatic events, difficult childhoods, grief/loss, as well as day to day anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. My clients are motivated to change and are interested in personal exploration and growth. I am trained in TFCBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR; I am well versed in, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I am able to integrate many other modalities as appropriate to your need. I find many challenges we experience as adults are tied to our childhoods and see this as a thread in need of unraveling and exploring.
