I work with a variety of people with a common set of experiences-the after effects of trauma, both childhood and throughout the lifespan. Untreated trauma is often accompanied by anxiety, depression, physical problems and addictions.
I use evidence based techniques including EMDR, IFS, brainspotting, yoga, meditation and breath work to help people become more comfortable in their daily lives, bodies and relationships. My goal is to create a safe space which supports healing.
