Christine received her Masters of Social Work from the University of Arkansas. She has provided out patient therapy for adults, Intensive Family Services, marital counseling, and adoption studies since 2005. Christine enjoys working with individuals (6 and up), couples, and families who want to increase communication, understanding, and commitment. Christine offers clients in person and telehealth counseling sessions in Florida. She is a Qualified Supervisor under the Florida guidelines for Social Work Interns. Christine will continue to offer her clients in Arkansas Telehealth counseling.
Christine uses a variety of therapeutic techniques that are appropriate for an individual. She uses a cognitive behavioral, EMDR, solution focused, or trauma focused treatment approach that focuses on changing thoughts, environments and behaviors. Christine is also credentialed as a Certified Autism Specialist.
I was educated in the multi systems life course perspective, thus my treatment is informed by an understanding that we are on a developmental path from birth through death and that there are specific challenges and conflicts associated with each stage in our development. I am licensed in the states of Florida (SW18832) and Arkansas (2420C).
