If you are struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other life stressors, I would like to help. Humans have a remarkable capacity to heal and transform, but we're not meant to do it alone. We can co-create a therapeutic relationship customized to fit your needs and preferences. A good therapist is a teachable therapist. I look forward to hearing about what you need and how I can best be of help. I've pursued the best clinical training available for more than 30 years so that I can bring a wide breadth of knowledge and expertise, and a variety of therapies and techniques for you to choose from.
