I practice from a relational perspective which focuses on expanding the capacity to relate and connect freely with others while maintaining a good sense of yourself. This work aims to enhance your relationship with yourself, eliminate painful patterns and allow for increased quality and enjoyment of life.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, focusing on your individual needs. Through the development of a trusting relationship, we will work to create space for new experience and insight. I have experience working with adolescents and adults addressing a broad range of issues including eating disorders, anxiety, depression and relationship struggles.
