Welcome to my new online practice, Balanced MINDSET, LLC. I received my Masters from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and I have been practicing for 10 years. I'm licensed in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Florida. I help adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I also help others struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem concerns and other concerns as needed.
In each session, I strive to address immediate concerns and symptoms at the onset. As we work through the daily concerns, I will focus on the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are occurring. I ask that people pay closer attention to their thoughts and practice skills agreed upon between sessions.
Everyone has the capacity for growth. No matter how well we manage life, there are always areas where we can improve. We are all on a journey to do this life well. Sometimes we just need a little direction on how to get there.
