I have over 20 years of experience in mental health . I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including: inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, individual and group therapy, and working in the insurance industry. I work with clients affected by depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance abuse. My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental.
