I am a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), clinically trained in EMDR therapy, Polyvagal Theory, parts work and attachment-based therapies, and other treatment methods grounded in the latest behavioral health and neuroscience research. While I enjoy working with clients with a multitude of presenting issues, I primarily specialize in treating trauma and PTSD. Using an integrated approach to therapy, I collaborate with clients on working through past and present difficulties to develop insight into complex issues and achieve the highest level of functioning.
I partner with Journey Clinical to offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) both virtually and in person, to help eligible clients get unstuck and experience long-lasting improvement in symptoms of mental health disorders or those facing roadblocks in their current therapy.
My role as a therapist is to join with and support clients as they learn to reconnect with themselves and their inner experiences. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, I empower clients to overcome challenges and meet their goals, while fostering deeper growth and healing at the level of body, mind, and spirit.

Virtual EMDR Group Therapy
Our virtual EMDR therapy group offers a supportive and accessible way for individuals with isolated traumatic experiences to process your trauma. The online format provides convenience and flexibility, allowing you to join from home. Engaging in a group setting fosters a sense of community and shared healing, enhancing the therapeutic process. Led by EMDRIA certified therapists, the sessions use EMDR techniques to help desensitize and reprocess traumatic memories, promoting recovery and resilience. This group setting is specifically designed for those with single or multiple isolated traumas, not for individuals with complex PTSD.
