It is important for me to create a therapeutic environment that allows the client to openly explore and go where they want within the session and meet the client wherever they are at in their life while also holding the therapeutic structure for them.
I believe that through the process of developing insight and awareness into issues and behaviors, I can in turn help clients to better manage their symptoms and develop coping mechanisms which enable them to lead more enjoyable and gratifying lives.
