I am a Professional Counselor who works with older adolescents and adults, always striving to view my clients through a compassionate lens to assist in understanding them as whole individuals, considering their life experiences, values, and unique needs. I am effective in supporting clients who struggle with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ADHD, parental strategies, grief, trauma, Trichotillomania/BFRBs (body-focused repetitive behaviors), relationships, and life transitions at any age. I am also an LGBTQ+-affirming clinician.
The positive energy I bring to sessions, along with my desire to support others and my ability to put people at ease, can help even the most apprehensive clients feel grounded during sessions. This supportive and open relationship serves as a bridge to help clients achieve a better understanding of themselves as they work toward their goals.
I pull from an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.
