I am deeply committed to empowering people to live as their authentic selves. Many factors, such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, effects of trauma, and life transitions get in the way of people doing just that. Helping you find this source factor and overcoming it is what I most enjoy helping others do. My passion includes assisting with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, sexual and domestic abuse. I utilize a variety of techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy and Strength Based Therapy to name a few.
