At any age we may be operating from a dysfunctional system, as a result of negative experiences and trauma. Creating anxiety, depression, frustration, harmful habits, etc. I have lived experience with neurodivergence, ADHD, CPTSD (narcissistic abuse), trauma, chronic illness & systemic barriers. I can empathize while guiding you through your healing journey.
I have a backyard office at my place, Bender's Barn Animal Sanctuary & Therapeutic Farm, 501c3. Whether or not you seek to engage in animal integrated services, most people benefit from this relaxing and welcoming environment. The office is 15-20 minutes from Seneca Falls, Geneva & Waterloo. Virtual sessions are also welcomed.
