I support adolescents, adults, couples and families struggling with a specific issue or long-term challenges... I work with teens and young adults as they explore life direction. I also specialize in helping individuals and families in divorce transition: from making the decision to managing life changes that affect the whole family.
Together, my clients and I create the therapy space. I tailor each therapy experience to an individual client's needs. This means that virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions are available to you. I offer a calm, focused space to problem-solve, explore coping strategies related to the changes brought on by a challenging world.
