I am dually licensed as a licensed professional clinical counselor and an alcohol and drug counselor. I work from a person centered, trauma informed, harm reduction, sex positive based lens. My specialty is working with individuals who struggle with substance use, addiction, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm and family/relationship concerns.
I utilize a variety of modalities including, but not limited to DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy based practices. My approach centers around each person’s specific needs and preferences to help them achieve their goals.
My sessions can be found to be non-judgmental, collaborative, and affirming. My priority is providing a safe and supportive space where an individual can be their authentic self and explore/process their individual experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
