Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New York. I received my master's from the Springfield College and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, general struggles of work, school, being a caregiver, dealing with the strains of chronic illness. I also work with those grieving the loss of a loved one in handling their grief.
I love working with caregivers, and those who have needed care from chronic illness who are eager to better their situations, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives and quality of life.
