Everyone has a time in their life when they need help. I have been helping people understand their difficulties and develop strategies and skills to overcome those struggles for over 15 years. As a Clinical Social Worker, I have worked in many different therapeutic settings, aiding individuals with various problems, including depression, anxiety, family and couples issues, academic difficulties, and health and wellness struggles. I believe that once you learn how to focus on what is going on inside of you and become more accepting of it, you will have the power to heal yourself.

I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people overcome their problems. I will help you develop skills that will allow you to build a solid foundation within yourself and become more aware of your body, allowing you to take control of how you feel.
