I have been in the human services field since 1994. My 20 years of experience includes working with individuals and families. In the last 10 years I have been working with people who have experienced trauma in their life. This trauma has been the result of sexual violence either recent or from childhood. I also have extensive experience in working with people who are involved in violent relationships. Prior work experience includes intensive family therapy to help families stop the patterns that lead to abuse and neglect.
I can assist people across a broad spectrum of issues. People come to therapy for many different reasons. If you are looking to heal from abuse or are looking to get a more satisfying and fulfilling life, I can provide you with support and guide you to meet your needs.
My approach to therapy involves creating a safe and warm environment for people to openly discuss their issues. My goal is to help you live a meaningful life and feel empowered to make healthy choices. I provide a collaborative relationship to meet your specific goals.
