I have over 35 years of experience helping individuals and couples with their personal growth and have enjoyed every minute of it! After receiving my PhD in Clinical Psychology, I went on to receive certification in Stress management, Biofeedback therapy, Emotional Trauma and PTSD, Mind-Body Medicine, EMDR therapy, Brainspotting, Bereavement Therapy, and Couples therapy. As a Certified Biofeedback Therapist, I treat all stress related illness with very good results.
Using EMDR,(eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), many disturbing events are usually processed in a few sessions. Most people achieve lasting improvement in all relationships and experience more aliveness and wellbeing.
I am also a Seminary-ordained Interfaith Minister, and enjoy working with spiritual issues and spiritual direction. I also work in post-war zone countries, teaching alternative ways of healing emotional trauma.
